I have been completely OFF the “get-fit-train”. I have been sick off and on for the past 2 months, and we’ve moved, and we’re completely broke. Finding time to get to the gym has been really difficult. I am really wanting to get back. I will get back soon. Hopefully tonight. There’s a cycle class, and those go really well for me.
I always struggled with my weight. I got to the point where I started crying almost daily over how badly I felt about my body. I couldn’t believe I let myself get so unhealthy. So, I decided to change the way I was living. I try to make it to the gym five days a week, walk the dogs daily, and just keep busy. Eating clean has also helped a lot.
On the left I was at my highest, 235, which was end of August, 2013. The one on the right is me currently (December 2013), and I’m 170. (I’m 5’3). So, 65 pounds. The weight loss has plateaued, and it is frustrating. But, I’m keeping with it until I reach my goal of 120. And even then, I have made a new lifestyle, not just a new diet.
Wow! This is so inspiring! Don’t ever stop. I did, and it’s so much worse to have to start over!!!!
